Responsibilities:

• Human Resources Support:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Monitoring Employees office timing .
• Handle Hub staff
• Coordinate and organise employee on boarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Handle HR-related inquiries and provide basic information to employees.
• Data Entry:
• Accurately input and update employee information in the HR database and other relevant systems.
• Compile and organise various HR-related documents and reports.
• Assist in maintaining accurate attendance records and timekeeping data.
• Support the HR team in data analysis and reporting.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
• Assist in organising HR-related events and activities.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related communications as needed.
• Confidentiality:
• Handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or related field is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
• Skills:
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Resident of Bahria town Rwp, Gulraiz ,PWD are preferred.
