Job description
Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Monitoring Employees office timing .
- Handle Hub staff
- Coordinate and organise employee on boarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide basic information to employees.
- Data Entry:
- Accurately input and update employee information in the HR database and other relevant systems.
- Compile and organise various HR-related documents and reports.
- Assist in maintaining accurate attendance records and timekeeping data.
- Support the HR team in data analysis and reporting.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Assist in organising HR-related events and activities.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications as needed.
- Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or related field is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Skills:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Resident of Bahria town Rwp, Gulraiz ,PWD are preferred.
